18a Project Space is a vibrant multi-disciplinary art gallery and artist residence space known for hosting the most daring and avant-garde projects in Nelson.

We are working on an adaptive reuse of this warehouse to better accommodate the diverse nature of creative projects that burst out of this space and to give rise to a city-fringe apartment that reflects the dynamic nature of the space while providing a sense of refuge and calmness.
